REGISTRATION
Registration for the workshop is open. The registration fee includes: participation to the scientific sessions, an abstracts' booklet, access to catering, and access to the powerpoint presentations after the Conference.
Registration fees
- 470 EUR for affiliates of non profit organizations, academic or governmental institutions.
- 560 EUR for affiliates of commercial entities.
Workshop dinner - Unfortunately it is not any longer possible to book for the dinner !
Payment
- Online by credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
- By bank transfer after delivery of the invoice within approximately 4 days after registration.
Further information
Cancellations within two weeks after registration will lead to a 100% reimbursement of the registration fee. No other claim can be made to the workshop organizers. Participation to the workshop is at the own risk of the participant and can not lead to any claim to the organizers.
Your registration will be confirmed upon receipt of the payment within the limit of the seat capacity, on a first-come first-served basis. Please make your payment online by credit card (visa and/or mastercard) or by bank transfer no later than four days after receipt of the invoice. Posters - Call for posters now open !! Please send us your poster abstract (no longer than 400 words) and your contact details at info@icnirp.org. Note, also that at least one author needs to be registered. The ICNIRP secretariat will send a poster approval within two weeks after receipt of the abstract.
